1. Prices

2. Processing and Shipping
The processing of your order can take between 1 to 3 business days. After your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number and details by email. Average transit times are between 1 and 8 business days, depending on the destination, (consider the extra time for your customs check). We are based in Germany (Europe), and the customer is responsible for paying any duties, customs, charges or additional taxes imposed by the country of destination for delivery. No customs costs will be applied to orders delivered in European Union countries.
3. Refused submissions
If you choose to refuse your order, you will be responsible for any fees that the order may incur and the cost of shipping it to our address in Germany. This amount will be taken from the total refund of your order.
4. Complaints
We make an effort to respond to all customer complaints or inquiries within a maximum period of 5 working days.

6. Payment
All products remain the property of Jasmine Jewels until a payment is made. The price applied is what was set on the date you placed the order. Shipping costs and fees will be available before confirming the purchase.
